Michigan Drivers License Requirements
18 years and under (Graduated Driver License - GDL)

Enhanced Graduated Driver License Level 2

Must be U.S. Citizen and resident of Michigan

Must not have any violations.

Must have parental or legal guardian approval.

Level 3 Full License

Must be at least 17 years of age.

Must have held Level 2 License for a minimum of six (6) months.

Level 2 Intermediate License

Must be 14 years and 9 months of age.
